While we primarily provide Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and Homemaker Services, we provide social services support. It can be challenging to know everything there is to know about arranging for care for a frail senior or disabled person.
Minnesota Quality Care is an expert at navigating the services that are available. We are here to provide comprehensive social services support with all of the concerns that can arise.
Minnesota Quality Care takes a wholistic approach to the care of its clients. You can let us know about incidental needs that arise, and we will do everything we can to help.
Here are some examples of where we can help:
- Scheduling doctors appointments and transportation
- Ordering supplies
- Questions on eligibility
- Arranging meal delivery, like Meals on Wheels
If you have any questions, another great place to ask for help is the Senior Linkage Line. They have an excellent article called, Tips for Caregivers that you may find helpful as you arrange services for a loved one. In fact, we have assembled a Resources page on our website that you may find helpful.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time if you need help. We can be your first point of contact when you need help with anything related to the care of our patients.
