Our Mission Statement

Everything we do at Minnesota Quality Care is focused on how we can better serve the client. From matching staff to clients to client-specific training, our mission every day is to find ways to better meet the needs of our clients. Because of this, we can serve clients with complex needs.

Our Vision Statement

At Minnesota Quality Care, we aspire to be a trusted partner in advancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. We envision a future where our innovative, compassionate care sets the standard for supporting independence and personal fulfillment.

Who We Are

Through partnerships with community agencies, social services, health plans, and counties, Minnesota Quality Care keeps clients safely in their homes with reliable home care services. One of our most important values is to have strong relationships with all of the stakeholders through collaboration and cooperation. Of note, our office staff have many years of experience and can apply that experience to assure the reliability and quality of the care of all of our clients. We coordinate with county and health plans to make sure clients get the best possible services and understand the resources available for other needed services.

In addition, Minnesota Quality Care cares about the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental health of its clients. We train our Personal Care Assistants and Homemakers on the importance of nutrition and exercise for the clients, with training that is specific to the needs of each client. We also take good care of our employees, because we know they are on the front-line serving clients. We have less staff turnover than other agencies because of this.

Culturally Competent Home Health Care

The increasing diversity of the nation brings opportunities and challenges for home health care agencies, and Minnesota Quality Care makes an effort to create and deliver culturally competent services. Cultural competence is the ability to provide healthcare services that meet the social, cultural, and linguistic needs of patients. We train our staff to provide culturally competent care and match Personal Care Assistants and homemakers with clients who speak the same language. We will make an effort to serve clients who speak any language.

Languages that we have on-staff include:

  • Hmong
  • Somali
  • Spanish
  • Vietnamese
